Our Services

My specialties include perinatal mental health, first-generation and immigrant experiences, and healing from sexual trauma, including trafficking and abuse. All sessions are held virtually in English or Spanish. This allows for greater accessibility while still maintaining a confidential therapeutic environment.

Perinatal Mental Health

Pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood can be filled with joy — but they can also bring unexpected emotional challenges. You might be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, sad, disconnected, or not like yourself. Whether you're experiencing postpartum depression or anxiety, grieving a loss, or adjusting to the huge identity shift of becoming a parent, you're not alone — and you don’t have to suffer in silence.

Sexual Trauma

Experiences of sexual abuse or assault can leave deep and lasting wounds — affecting your sense of safety, trust, self-worth, and connection with others. You may feel shame, confusion, numbness, or struggle with boundaries, intimacy, or triggers in daily life. Healing is possible. I offer a supportive, trauma-informed space where you can move at your own pace, regain your voice, and reconnect with your body and sense of self.

First Generation

Being first-generation often means navigating two worlds at once — balancing family expectations, cultural values, and your own hopes for the future. You may carry a sense of responsibility, guilt, or pressure to succeed, while also managing stress, identity questions, or feeling like you don’t fully belong in either space. I provide a supportive, culturally affirming space where you can explore these complexities, honor where you come from, and build a life that feels true to you.

Anxiety/Depression

Anxiety and depression can make even the simplest parts of life feel overwhelming. You may be constantly overthinking, emotionally exhausted, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Whether it shows up as racing thoughts, irritability, low energy, or a sense of emptiness, you're not alone — and there is support. In therapy, we’ll work together to better understand what you're feeling, uncover the root causes, and help you reconnect with a greater sense of clarity, calm, and self-compassion.
